This type of thing happens almost daily in Greater Los Angeles. We have ICE agents picking up kids and parents outside of schools. Parents and teachers have made “safe corridors” with their bodies from cars to classroom.
Sickening. I heard on Blackstack from Jacquie Verbal, that Bobby Seale of the Black Panther Party Liberation Movement is being honored today in Oakland, California. The Panthers wanted to stop illegal stops/ arrests and brutality inflicted on people in the neighborhood.
What was it? An immigration raid or an illegal product raid? The article cited both. Isn't ice supposed to be immigration only? Why is the government overstepping into New Yorks policing anyway? Bullies.
Same question! Why/How does ICE have the authority to arrest street vendors? I assume the ICE press release is a lie intended to cover up the real reason - which is terrorizing and disappearing brown and black people. Of the footage I watched, I didn't see any NYPD. Where were they? 😞
By my own count, ICE brandished weapons at civilians on three separate occasions yesterday October 21. Videos have been posted online confirming this, from IL to CA.
Unfortunately those ICE officers are going to get hurt if the government keeps sending them to terrorise the citizens of their country. These aren’t even real law enforcement they are basically just bounty hunters.
It seems to me that companies YOU all are working for are laying off workers because of trump’s incredibly stupid way of running an economy that was the best in the world. Now some banana republics are actually better than you and more respected. VOTE!
Ironic how Republicans say they believe in smaller federal regulation and state sovereignty- then invade and occupy cities - one by one. Republican Congress and Judiciary must stop this or they “will” be voted out of office.
