Disney Takes the Trump Administration to Court Over a Unusually Early Review of ABCs Broadcast Licenses
On Tuesday, Disney and ABC appeared in federal court to challenge the Federal Comms Commissionâs decision to start an early review of broadcast licenses for 8, ABC owned television stations despite the licenses not even being due for renewal until between 2028 & 2031.
Disney argued the review is retaliation for programming and editorial decisions disliked by the Trump administration. The FCC says that it was conducting regulatory oversight linked to investigations of their companyâs practices.

The proposal involves county owned land leased to the Trump Organization with the company offering to finance construction and make presidential facilities available without charging the government for use.
A Naked Trump Statue in the European Parliament
The Orange Plague, a 2.6 meter sculpture of a naked Trump seated on the shoulders of a small man and holding a oversized golf club with scales, Displayed by artist Jens Galschiøt.
The sculpture is covered in 23 karat gold leaf. Galschiøt says the work is political satire criticizing the concentration of power of Trumpâs presidency.

The Pentagon Wants to Broadcast a Military Execution LIVE
Pete Hegseth recently said that the Pentagon plans to livestream the December 3 execution of former Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who was convicted of killing 13 people and wounding 32 others during the â09 Fort Hood shooting.
The execution would be the first U.S. military execution since 1961, further legal proceedings might have it delayed.
Trump Tells Residents to âFight Backâ: Minnesotaâs Somali Community
Trumpâs accusing Somali immigrants of taking over Minnesota and associating them with crime and violence. He repeatedly urged residents to âfight back.â , he also mentioned the federal government can intervene if requested by Gov. Tim Walz and Mayor Jacob Frey.
Trumpâs statement followed reports of specific criminal investigations involving Somali American individuals including an alleged plot against the Mall of America.
The White House Wants to Keep 3 News Organizations Away.
The Trump administration continues to defend their decision on journalistic conduct grounds as a judge asked for clarification. Previously, The judge ordered temporary relief and is also expected to rule on long term protections soon. CNN, MS NOW and Politico asked a federal judge to continue blocking Trumpâs efforts to revoke their reporters access saying that the restrictions are imposed in retaliation for unfavorable coverage.
Anyone who uses the term âArtificial Intelligenceâ instead of âSuper Intelligenceâ will now be considered âTHE ENEMYâ, which comes after a recent executive order directing federal agencies to replace âAIâ with âSIâ in communications. Trump is publicly labeling those of us who refuse to adopt his preferred terminology as enemies of the White House.
