All of these.

Please keep them coming.

Hoping people are being reminded that MLK said we can’t let them make us hate them. Our training needs to include how to do this.

We can also raise our voices in song! To that end, I've reimagined an Italian anti-fascist song, "Bella Ciao," to reflect our current moment. I am gifting it to 50501ers, Veterans for Peace, Indivisible, etc., nationwide. You'll find it on my Substack here -- https://sarahtowle.substack.com/p/ice-out-a-resistance-anthem-for-the?r=464pd&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

Please learn it, share it, sing it, and bring it into the streets on No Kings Day, March 28 (also my birthday!). I'll be in Minneapolis and would love to be in touch with 50501ers there to march with them in solidarity, in chanting, and in song. Please DM with contact info. THANK YOU!!

Most I speak with who have NOT attended look at me with wide eyes and say something like: Isn’t it violent? Aren’t you afraid? I set ‘em straight. Sometimes they say they’ll come but then don’t.

Not to discourage anyone, but why do you think these, once in awhile, polite, large protests move the needle? Is your organization involved in boycotts or other mass actions that will help in your goal? Why don’t you recognize the necessity of economic actions and even civil disobedience? What community organizing are you doing? Why are your demands so vague?

Closer and closer. Have each time an even greater success at the rallies.
