I am thankful that the protests were so peaceful across the country. I did see a MAGA type get tripped and cut his face open in Denver but he was chasing a kid. A woman earring a Trump support shirt pointed a gun at a group of people. It was reportedly not loaded. All in all a huge success for non violent activism.
The language that Mike Johnson is using is dangerous. That is the kind of propaganda that incites violence. Let's take a history lesson from the Rwandan genocides.
This morning I went on Facebook and explained who are Antifa members. All the military from both world wars who were fighting Fascism. No one is a leader. No girlfriend of a leader that HLS claims to have seen exists. If you love your country join the movement to save our beloved Democracy from Fascism.
We are having a pre-rally on the town square in Elkhorn, WI Tuesday. (staying on the sidewalks of course) Then the big one in the park one town over on Saturday!
We have signs ready, my favorite being “my dog is smarter than trump” WE have two small dogs who will be with us. Lawn chairs, water and snacks at the ready.
