However, there is something starting that scares me and I've written it in a Substack (https://betsyrobinson.substack.com/p/kristi-noem-outed-for-bogus-story) and will truncate it here: At yesterday's anti-war demonstration at Times Square, a woman took the microphone and led the crowd in increasingly antisemitic chants condemning both the USA and Israel as terrorists and occupiers. I left the demonstration. I am fully capable of acknowledging heinous American history and working to repair it and remaining a patriot. Jews are fully able (and do, although it is not covered in the news--go figure) of having a country and condemning their leader. This war serves two despots who must be condemned (as Bernie Sanders does--see end of my Substack post) and to reduce it to antisemitic chants accomplishes exactly what they want--division, allowing them more power. Please read my post and perhaps find another way to direct the justified ire at this illegal war.
Where is the line for "I told you so?". Trump was repeatedly exposed for the vile creature he is, but still became our president TWICE. Now America is in another war. This is exactly the definition of insanity, repetition expecting different results. Obviously some of us never learn. Words are plentiful to express our opposition, but it is actions that are necessary. Where in our government are those with enough courage to stand up for a really great America and stop Trump from destroying what has been built in 250 years for humanity? It's not the oligarchs.

We are under the web of an authoritarian regime who took it upon themselves to follow the directive of Trump to start a war with Iran. Trump clearly has observable mental issues. Knowing this, they bombed Iran anyway
Tragically Over 100 young innocent girls were blown off the face of the earth. Really think about that. For the alleged president of the US to say oh well there will be casualties but that is the nature of war. He doesn’t care about US citizens and certainly didn’t care about the Iranian citizens
The time is now, today, for our democratic leaders to rise up like they never have before and fight back and vote under the War Powers Resolution. We must stand up as well.
We are 8 months away from midterms. We need, no we have to win the midterms.
We need to remember and draw strength from those who came before us and died for our freedom. We are strong!!!
Finally I wouldn’t be surprised if this unauthorized war was created as yet another distraction from the Epstein files and the midterms
I pray we gain our democracy back and become strong, fight for freedom citizens who help and respect our fellow citizens
May God help us these next months in our time of awakening to the horror of possibly losing our country
If everyone would refer to this as ‘Operation Epstein Fury’ he will realize he’s never going to escape the Epstein files. He’ll then release those to distract from his failing war. His sole motivation is to distract from the last bad, awful, horrible thing he did. He must be stopped, whatever means necessary.
