I can't even finish reading this because it reminds me of what happened in 2016. Facebook deployed bots by Russian forces that swayed the election. Period. End of story.

I’ve found YouTube creeates AI music videos completely indecipherable from the real musician

Yes. I've realized a couple of times - belatedly - that what I was hearing was AI. It is terrifying how hard it's becoming to know.

Years ago, I read comments by a “political influencer” who claimed that he had given up on trying to make money off of liberals and focused on the conservatives because they were “dumb as posts”!

MAGA is easy to influence? Who would have known. It's not like we had a mountain of evidence of this previously. Oh, we did? Guess the movement is actually full of morons.

All of the choices are key to this dangerous practice!!! AI needs to be regulated!!!! People need to be made aware

and learn to be critical thinkers!!

The name says it all: artificial, which means fake. The whole premise is not real, so once again the con artists are at work making tons of money and laughing all the way to the bank. Same with the crypto currency fantasy. Boy oh boy, the suckers are still being born every minute. Welcome to the brave new world of non-reality.

There needs to be a federal law requiring bots to identify themselves as such, with a small fine for every person receiving posts from the transgressors.
