I personally think that Pete the Fox did give the order, whether verbally or via instructions from the potus (he was probably asleep as usual) and that the admiral, being a loyalist, carried it out.
That makes all three guilty of high crimes both nationally and internationally.

Disgusting and should be used against him when he is charged with murder!
An idea for the next protest:
Inflate an ORANGE balloon.
And either:
1) Pop the ORANGE balloon;
Or, alternatively
2) Release the ORANGE balloon and let it float to the stratosphere.
Both are symbolic gestures for ridding ourselves of the ORANGE Menace, Donald Trump.
