He's "got nothing to hide" because his minions at the DOJ have had plenty of time to redact his name. They were just stalling; it takes a long time to redacted tens of thousands of emails and other documents.

In July 2025, the New York Times reported that Bondi had a team of lawyers comb through the Epstein files to find mentions of trump. They reportedly found a large number.

Given that trump has politicized the DOJ and Bondi act as if the department exists to primarily serve the president, whose own immoral actions are well documented, it is not a a stretch to believe that the Epstein files’ release will be scrubbed of any unsavory records that shine a dim light on trump’s involvement with the pedophile child trafficker Epstein.

This is such an important point. The public deserves an unfiltered record, not a version that’s been scrubbed to protect the powerful.

My sentiments exactly. When he got the go-ahead from his lapdogs, he was assured that his name and actions were removed. Hopefully there’s at least one principled staffer at DOJ who knows what was originally in the redacted/scrubbed files.

I suspect he's had word that his name has been removed from anywhere other than meetings that are incidental.

His sudden confidence only makes sense if he’s been assured the release won’t hurt him personally. 🤔

Call was made to my representative and thanked him for his steadfast work and encouraged him to vote for the release of the Epstein files.

Redaction - The delays created time for the files to be sanitized, removing names of those the administration doesn't want exposed.

Thank you for this excellent overview of the history and current moment regarding the Epstein files and the guidance you give on taking action. You make it easy to feel part of the resistance. May we prevail...

I am sure many others feel grateful as I do to you for your efforts, but just do not have the time to respond. Never doubt that your sincere and pure hearted actions make a difference during these dark times...

He's bluffing. He's finally figured out what some of us have known all along. We're talking about wealthy powerful men from both parties, major corporations and the British monarchy here. There's no way we'll ever see those files. The emails? They keep throwing us bones.

It doesn’t matter. This is just pageantry. The senate will slow walk it and then pass it December 10. Then Trump will pocket veto it and they’ll have to do it again after the holiday break. Then when the come back, they will focus on a new CR and the files will be put on the back burner. The can will be kicked over and over again

Perhaps any other entity other than the DoJ will also release the fully unredacted files. I have zero (negative) faith that this Abomination will release the full files, to include audio or video content.

Or, the Malignant Narcissist believes he is "untouchable (legally- most humans and definitely dogs wouldn't touch that).

Yes and history has taught us there would be a backdoor scheme brewing. My question….will there ever be accountability?

No public comment did not change his mind. Whatever they are talking about look behind it and see what is going on. Smoke and Mirrors. His beloved supporters do not care what heinous acts he commits.

MTG, that is another story, my bet, he has ‘counseled’ her regarding her career aspirations.

Something’s fishy! Trump will somehow manage what’s released even after the vote! His name redacted??? And all his friends too🤷‍♀️

4 months have given the Republican’s time to wipe clean the files of the most damning evidence. We need the original files.

No, public pressure didn't get to trump - it got to the representatives who can see the electoral writing on the wall. It became obvious he was going to lose the vote and decided to support the vote but nobody is fooled by his hypocrisy! Now voters need to focus on senators - forcing them to understand they could lose votes, too.

He has an out. Either they'll tie up the files in a DOJ "investigation" or he'll veto the thing (thinking Congress won't have the votes to overturn his veto). It's a long shot that they've scrubbed *everything*, but I wouldn't put it past this regime.
