The bill is on track to clear the Senate immediately upon arrival. It will reach Trump’s desk within hours, testing whether his promise to sign it means full transparency or something else.

You seem to have overlooked an important detail. (Unless I missed you mentioning it.) The House bill explicitly exempts material that is involved in a current investigation. This point is very pertinent. Why? Because the fact the bill itself makes this point will make it much more difficult to fight the regime's obstruction in court. We know full well from the timeline of events that Don's new assignment to the Southern District of New York (pursuant to the President's order to go after Democrat suspects) is bogus and disingenuous. The problem is that courts are reluctant to rule that way preemptively. So Congress donated a fig leaf to DJT.
