The time is now for setting the stage in our blue states for a general strike and economic blackout. Talk to others about why. Minnesota is the first but it won’t be the last. Economic pressure works! We need to demonstrate our power and disrupt markets! We’re with you MN!!

Give up one right now, THEY will take another one later. Eventually, you will have NO rights.

Every protest, every demonstration, every effort of opposition to the amoral administration in control is important. No matter how small, it's noticed and has an impact. If each one of us convinces one other to vote this year to remove the repulsive Republicans so the government can save our freedoms not destroy them then we will be rid of tyrannical Trump and his toadies. Don't give up, stand for humanity and protecting our democracy. We shall prevail.

Culture, beauty, and peaceful communitarian success appear to incite the fascist mind. This is such a collective shock to the conscience. I am struggling to maintain equilibrium and bear witness but my beloved home town of Minneapolis is infusing me with courage.

The general strike and economic black out are not going to be effective unless a mass movement occurs and people are willing to potentially lose their jobs etc but a national call to cancel subscriptions will gain traction. Look at Jimmy Kimmel. The massive number of Disney subscriptions that got cancelled over the threats to Jimmy Kimmel got their attention and fast. A planned weekly boycott of top platforms is something anyone can participate in and would be effective. It’s not a huge sacrifice for individuals but it kills a perpetual revenue stream for the tech companies and they will panic. Announce one a week, preferably starting with Amazon Prime, list all the things they are doing to support the regime and encourage everyone to cancel on specific day. It would be impactful in my opinion and the good thing is that many of us are already oversubscribed to multiple platforms and can eliminate them without really missing them. Maybe keep a favorite streaming service and swap providers periodically but a mass exodus of subscriptions in a single day will get attention.

THEY are afraid, very afraid. Hence, desperate measures. Let THEM choke in their fear.
