This is a brief audio of after-action review of the Free America Walkout on 01/20/26 and gave us visibility and actionable data. Participation took multiple forms depending on local conditions and risk tolerance, but the outcome was consistent across regions: coordinated civic disruption is still achievable at scale.

It’s also important to interpret “quiet” areas correctly. In some locations, the walkout presented primarily as withdrawal from routine participation rather than visible gathering. That is still participation. Interruption of daily routines,, even briefly, creates friction.

From your vantage point, what worked in your area yesterday and what would increase participation next time? Or let us know How would you rate participation in your area: strong, moderate, or limited and what do you think shaped that outcome?
