The glimmer of hope is an overwhelming defeat for the Republicans in November. Trump will do everything he can to thwart our success. There is certainly that danger. According to me we aren’t raising enough “Good Trouble” consistently to rouse a nation. While Substack is informative in so many positive ways, it is also home to Nazism. We have forgotten that Our belonging place is America and Democracy and that no president, no cabinet, no law breakers can persuade US otherwise. When our kids were little, we told them to always fight for what is right and decent for themselves and their neighbors but somewhere that “inner fight” got traded for apathy cloaked in “I can’t do That”. I’m not sure that’s laziness, I’m pretty sure that’s an “it doesn’t affect me” policy to which I reply “ not yet”. High prices affect all of US, just as Trump’s lies affect US, Bondi’s illegal actions, Noem’s illegalities and cruelty—if these don’t affect people yet, they will. Just the Concentration Camps will affect you—but maybe not until you are taken to one. Everything on your poll is relevant and frankly, scary. It is certainly my sincere wish that every American Stand Up and Shout Out on a local level and a national level. Your MOCS (202-224-3121)should know you by name by now! Your state legislature should be aware of your presence. As for me, I’m still looking for those 500 callers to call their MOCS today and say “Impeach Bondi, No ICE, Remove Noem, Impeach Trump”. 35 seconds…500 callers…
Sadly, we no longer live in a democracy. We don’t have a constitution that anyone is paying attention to. The current administration is criminal. Until the Congress and the Senate have the intelligence and morals to have this president and his abetters arrested, there’s not much we can do other than protest and write to our representatives.If it weren’t for the American people he would’ve taken this country (completely) over by now. And I will say they are very close.
They are already have enough evidence on Trump , to impeach him and put him in prison. I don't personally think it's ever gonna happen. There are too many people in our government.That is just as guilty as he is , and nothing is being done. IT'S HARD TO KEEP THE FAITH WHEN NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!!!
Be aware that Bannon and others are encouraging Trump to declare an "emergency" before the midterms so he can use his ICE thugs to steal the election and install himself permanently as "slug-in-chief. Protest, write your elected officials to stop him and the GOP from preventing free elections!

GOP Legislature has not passed a budget since 2023! And the threat that teachers will lose their job because of lack of funds that are not distributed from NC state! That’s deplorable!
